About the Role
Join a supportive school where you will make a profound difference to primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs. This specialist primary setting requires a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to children holding Education, Health and Care Plans. You will engage proactively with pupils both 1:1 and in small group sessions, addressing complex learning needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. We are seeking enthusiastic professionals for long-term, daily supply, short-term or permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted one-to-one support to primary pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to meet diverse learning requirements.
* Implement strategies to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD effectively.
* Assist pupils in developing their communication skills, particularly those with speech and language needs.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for all young learners.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* You have a solid understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans and their practical application.
* Your experience includes working with children presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
* You are adept at supporting pupils with speech and language difficulties, encouraging their development.
* You are a patient, resilient, and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.
* You are committed to fostering independence and celebrating the achievements of every child.
