Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver stimulating lessons to diverse primary age groups.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere in various classrooms.
• Provide effective classroom management, fostering respectful behaviour.
• Assess pupil understanding and progress accurately, providing feedback where appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff.
• Contribute positively to the overall ethos and community spirit of the school.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess recent experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility to cover different year groups and subjects.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with pupils and colleagues.
• Have a proactive approach to supporting pupil development and well-being.
• Show a commitment to creating inclusive and inspiring learning experiences.
