Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons across various secondary key stages, including GCSE and A-Level.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to facilitate academic improvement.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the science curriculum, particularly for Physics and Chemistry.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident to explore scientific concepts.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
• Possess strong subject knowledge in Physics, with a valuable specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), MPS, or UPS level educator eager to make a significant impact.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
