Various contract options are available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, offering flexibility to suit your career aspirations. This vital role, commencing as soon as possible, offers a daily rate ranging from £95 to £120.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies in challenging situations.
* Offer positive mentoring to foster pupil growth and resilience.
* Build strong, trusting, and positive relationships with young learners.
* Assist teaching staff in delivering a nurturing and inclusive curriculum.
* Support pupils with their general well-being and academic engagement throughout the school day.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with SEMH needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* An ability to skillfully de-escalate difficult behaviours with a calm and empathetic approach is essential.
* You are an adept mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring young individuals.
* A natural aptitude for establishing rapport and meaningful connections with pupils is crucial.
* You exhibit exceptional patience, understanding, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive and compassionate individual, you are committed to making a tangible difference in children's lives.
