Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality English lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support attainment.
• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an engaging English curriculum.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive learning community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and departmental meetings to enhance school life.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in English or a related field.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for English language and literature, inspiring students with your enthusiasm.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to nurturing every student's potential.
• Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, from ECT to experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
• Show a collaborative spirit, eager to work effectively within a dynamic team.
• Have a clear understanding of current educational practices and a drive for continuous professional development.
