About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or on the Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
• Demonstrate a profound passion for mathematics and its effective delivery to young people.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with students and staff.
• Value collaboration and contribute positively to a cohesive team environment.
