Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils' learning and development, both individually and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities.
• Provide tailored support for pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage pupil independence and foster their self-esteem.
• Assist with classroom organisation and resource management to facilitate effective learning.

About You
• Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrate prior experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting young learners and their educational journey.
• Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
• Display a proactive, adaptable, and patient approach to daily challenges.
• Hold a clear understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
