About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join an innovative school located in Bedfordshire. This role requires an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about nurturing the crucial early stages of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We are seeking a professional ready to inspire young minds and lay strong foundations for future academic success, with various contract options available including long-term, short-term, permanent, or daily supply to suit the right candidate’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an inspiring and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum.
* Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Regularly assess, record, and report on children's development and progress.
* Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers to support home learning.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
* Uphold the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding at all times.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within EYFS.
* You have an unwavering passion for early childhood education and development.
* You exhibit exceptional classroom management and organisational skills.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for every child.
* You possess excellent communication skills, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
