About the Role
A dedicated school in Walsall is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their thriving secondary team. This pivotal role offers flexible opportunities, including long-term, short-term, and daily supply placements, with the potential for permanent positions for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring continuity of education across various subjects, commencing as soon as possible. This is an excellent chance to contribute significantly to student progress within a supportive West Midlands setting, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials with clarity and enthusiasm across various subjects.
* Uphold high standards of pupil engagement and maintain focus on learning objectives.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently and fairly to support pupil well-being.
* Report promptly on pupil progress and any incidents to the relevant teaching staff.
* Supervise pupils during lessons, encouraging independence and positive interactions.

About You
* You possess prior experience working with young people in an educational setting, ideally as a Cover Supervisor.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management techniques and the ability to command respect.
* You are highly adaptable, comfortable stepping into diverse classroom situations with confidence.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with both pupils and staff members.
* You show a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
* You are punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding professional standards.
