About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher for immediate opportunities within a supportive school environment. This fulfilling role involves covering classes across adapted curriculum areas in various specialist secondary SEN settings, providing essential support on a daily supply and short-term contract basis. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning for pupils with diverse needs, contributing positively to their educational journey and development.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a broad, adapted curriculum for secondary-aged pupils.
* Implement tailored teaching strategies to accommodate a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Apply consistent and positive behaviour management techniques, promoting a calm and focused environment.
* Adapt quickly to new settings and class requirements, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the secondary curriculum.
* Proven experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs in a secondary school context is essential.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied supply teaching assignments.
* Possessing excellent communication skills, you can build rapport quickly with both pupils and staff.
* You are passionate about creating accessible learning opportunities and making a tangible difference to pupils' lives.
* Strong organisational skills enable you to manage classroom resources and time effectively.
