Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively with colleagues and parents to enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
• Uphold high expectations for pupil behaviour and academic achievement within the classroom.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within Key Stage 1.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for early primary education and child development.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Be proficient in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Possess superb communication skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
