About the Role:
A well-regarded secondary school in Shrewsbury is looking for a motivated Graduate Teacher to join their team. This exciting role offers the potential to lead into a teacher training pathway, making it the perfect stepping stone for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects, working alongside experienced teaching staff.
• Lead small group interventions and one-to-one support sessions to help students reach their potential.
• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and marking.
• Act as a positive role model, promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement.
• Contribute to the school's extracurricular programme where possible.
• Develop your classroom skills with a view to progressing into a formal teacher training route.

About You:
• A degree in any discipline — all subject backgrounds are welcome.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is advantageous but not essential.
