Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to individual pupils and small groups, enhancing their engagement and understanding.
• Assist the class teacher diligently with lesson delivery and the effective management of the classroom.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
• Prepare and organise diverse learning resources, adapting them to meet specific pupil requirements.
• Offer targeted support to pupils with special educational needs, following established plans.
• Promote excellent behaviour and active participation throughout the school day.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess recent, demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children in a mainstream educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for children's development, well-being, and academic progress.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
• Be highly adaptable, proactive, and a committed team player.
• Show initiative in contributing positively to a vibrant and supportive school community.
