A dedicated school in South West London is seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital support. You will be working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex needs within a specialist SEN provision located in Bromley. This dynamic role involves assisting with the delivery of an adapted curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and actively promoting the independence of every pupil. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with a competitive salary ranging from £90 to £115 per day, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex special educational needs.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver an engaging and accessible adapted curriculum, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies
