Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities.
• Assist with the daily care routines, including meal times and personal hygiene.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and report on children’s progress and well-being.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of engaging play experiences.
About You
• Hold relevant experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for child development and early years education.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are patient, enthusiastic, and highly organised.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
