About the Role
Join a innovative specialist primary school in North London, dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for every pupil. We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide crucial support to children with complex learning needs. This dynamic role involves working both one-on-one and with small groups of pupils who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), addressing challenges such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate between £90 and £115, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to pupils requiring special educational provisions.
* Implement tailored learning strategies to meet the specific needs of children with EHCPs.
* Assist in managing and understanding a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and specialists to deliver comprehensive support plans.
* Contribute to monitoring pupil progress, adapting approaches to maximise learning outcomes.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* Have a strong understanding of various complex learning difficulties, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when working with diverse pupil
