Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support for individual primary pupils with complex learning needs.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to meet specific educational targets.
* Assist in adapting learning resources and classroom activities to ensure accessibility for all.
* Foster effective communication and social interaction skills among pupils.
* Support the implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour strategies.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with diverse special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* Hold strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning and development.
* Be deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Ideally have previous experience working within a primary school or specialist SEN environment.
