About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to primary pupils with ASD, facilitating their access to the curriculum.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans and personalised learning strategies.
* Support pupils in managing their sensory needs effectively through tailored interventions.
* Facilitate and encourage effective communication using appropriate strategies and resources.
* Help create and maintain a structured, predictable, and calm learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children or young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You hold a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering pupil independence.
* You are skilled in adapting communication styles to suit individual pupil needs.
* You can demonstrate patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
* You are keen to develop your expertise within a specialist SEN environment.
* You are available for roles spanning long-term, short-term, or daily supply contracts.
