• Maintaining high standards of workshop practice and equipment management.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Design and Technology.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for practical subjects and innovative teaching methods.
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate secondary school students to achieve excellence.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Have a proven track record of effective teaching or show significant potential as an Early Career Teacher.
