About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and adaptable individuals to join a network of excellent educators across flourishing secondary schools in the Buckinghamshire area of the South East. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential cover across various subjects and year groups, supporting pupil learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. We offer flexible contract options, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions for the right candidates. Successful applicants will earn a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with immediate starts available. This is a chance to make a significant impact across diverse educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a range of secondary subjects to diverse pupil groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Uphold the school's high standards and contribute positively to the wider school community.
* Supervise pupils during lessons, encouraging engagement and facilitating their learning journey.
* Provide clear and concise feedback to the relevant department or teacher at the end of the day.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care throughout the school day.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as an effective Cover Supervisor in a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Have a flexible and proactive approach to new challenges and varying school environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting pupil achievement and fostering a love for learning.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with both pupils and staff.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
