About the Role
Join a forward-thinking school located in the vibrant West Midlands, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to enrich their primary phase provision. This crucial role involves supporting young children in their foundational learning journey, fostering a stimulating and secure educational environment. We are looking for an individual passionate about early childhood development to contribute to a thriving classroom, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging activities. Opportunities are available on a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent basis, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110 for suitable candidates, ready for an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to children in their learning and play activities within the EYFS framework.
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of engaging learning resources and classroom displays.
* Support individual children and small groups, adapting activities to meet diverse developmental needs.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
* Help manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting positive social interactions and self-regulation skills.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure seamless educational delivery.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* You have relevant experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children and adults alike.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of responding positively to daily classroom challenges.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
