Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to curriculum development.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
• Engage proactively with professional development opportunities to refine teaching skills.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible for ECT induction.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit strong organisational skills and a commitment to creating an effective classroom.
