Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Inspire curiosity and foster a deep understanding of scientific principles among students.
* Plan and prepare innovative learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for development.
* Contribute positively to the collaborative ethos of the dedicated Science department.
* Champion a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a Science discipline.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and its effective communication to young people.
* Committed to fostering academic excellence and personal growth in every student.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
* Eager to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new teaching methodologies.
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced MPS and UPS teachers.
