About the Role
Join a dynamic school located in the vibrant West Midlands, seeking an inspirational Maths Teacher to ignite a passion for mathematics across the secondary curriculum. This long-term or permanent opportunity is available for an immediate start or from September, welcoming applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to experienced professionals (MPS/UPS). We are looking for an enthusiastic educator ready to make a significant impact within a supportive and forward-thinking department, fostering academic excellence and personal growth in all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistently high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons to pupils of varying abilities.
* Develop stimulating learning materials and resources that enhance pupil understanding and progress.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on pupil achievement, providing targeted feedback.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and challenging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing development of the maths curriculum.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and wider school initiatives.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching mathematics.
* Show a proven ability to motivate and inspire secondary-aged pupils towards academic success.
* Committed to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
* Exhibit excellent organisational skills and effective classroom management techniques.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, parents, and fellow staff members.
