About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a supportive primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This role focuses on one-to-one support, primarily working with a pupil in Key Stage 2 to facilitate their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored one-to-one support for a Key Stage 2 pupil.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of specialised learning programmes.
• Work closely with the school's SENCo and teaching staff to monitor student progress.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in the development of social skills and confidence in pupils.

About You:
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning or equivalent.
• Experience working as a SEN TA, particularly in primary education.
• Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
