This versatile role offers various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, with an immediate start available. You will play a crucial part in shaping the educational journey of pupils and contributing to a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Plan and prepare creative learning experiences in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress diligently, providing thoughtful and constructive feedback.
* Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
* Uphold the highest professional standards, ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* You possess a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 teaching and early years learning.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and strong pedagogical knowledge.
* You are committed to fostering a supportive yet challenging educational environment.
* You exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals at MPS and UPS levels.
