About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring Reception Class Teacher to join an exceptional school located within a vibrant primary setting. This pivotal role involves nurturing the foundational learning journeys of our youngest pupils, fostering curiosity and a love for discovery within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an engaging, child-centred EYFS curriculum that inspires active learning.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
* Assess pupil progress systematically, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, promoting home-school partnerships.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community, participating in collaborative initiatives.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and fostering young children's potential.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning space.
* Be a proactive and reflective practitioner, committed to continuous professional development.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators at MPS and UPS levels.
