About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a supportive school, specialising in providing an exceptional primary education for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This crucial role involves building strong therapeutic relationships, adeptly managing challenging behaviour, and delivering engaging, child-centred lessons that foster progress. We offer various flexible contract options, including daily supply, long-term placements, and permanent opportunities, with competitive daily rates ranging from £150 to £250, for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a broad and balanced primary curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships to support emotional regulation and social development.
* Implement effective and positive behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting teaching methods to accelerate learning outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
* Demonstrable experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a primary setting would be highly valued.
* Proven ability to implement effective and positive behaviour management strategies is crucial.
* A compassionate, resilient, and patient approach to every child's learning journey is expected.
* A genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable young learners is paramount.
