• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience, or strong potential as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

• Demonstrate a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
