Key Responsibilities
• Directly support pupils with their learning across the primary curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging activities.
• Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
• Help manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
• Uphold the school's values and safeguarding policies at all times.
About You
• Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have a strong understanding of primary school curriculum and child development.
