Key Responsibilities
• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning across the primary curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and maintaining an organised classroom.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil participation.
• Observe and report on pupil progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to implement tailored educational plans.
• Promote positive behaviour and high standards of pupil conduct within the school.

About You
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience in a primary setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young children.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to different learning situations and pupil needs.
• Show commitment to promoting an inclusive and positive educational experience for all.
• Be reliable, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
