About You
* Proven experience supporting primary-aged children with SEMH needs is essential.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience.
* Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in implementing positive behaviour management strategies.
* A genuine commitment to advocating for children's well-being.
* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) are highly advantageous.
