Key Responsibilities
• Provide effective classroom support under the direct guidance of the class teacher.
• Assist with the preparation of engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
• Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning tasks and activities.
• Help to manage pupil behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Facilitate the inclusion of all pupils, including those with special educational needs.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress as required.
About You
• A genuine passion for supporting primary school-aged children and their development.
• Previous experience working within an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all stakeholders.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to classroom support.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
