About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals for a range of contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 for your valuable expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to pupils, individually and in small groups, fostering their learning and development.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging classroom activities and resources.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing pupil behaviour effectively.
• Support pupils with diverse learning needs, adapting approaches to ensure accessibility for all.
• Help with the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and routines throughout the school day, ensuring a supportive structure.

About You
• You possess prior experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
• You have a genuine passion for fostering children's learning and overall well-being.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as an integral part of a team.
• You are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and can thrive.
• You hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in supporting primary-aged pupils.
