Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor pupil development and inform future planning effectively.
* Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and secure classroom atmosphere conducive to early learning.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers to support home learning.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and professional development initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners effectively.
* Possess outstanding communication
