Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive support to children during classroom activities and play-based learning.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining an organised learning space.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and secure atmosphere for all pupils.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging educational experiences.
• Observe and accurately record children's progress and achievements.
• Support individual children with their specific learning or pastoral needs.

About You
• Possess demonstrable experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage environment.
• Hold a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, connecting effectively with children and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
• Show excellent adaptability and resilience within a busy educational setting.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
