Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects and key stages.

• Confidently manage student behaviour in line with individual school policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive rapport with pupils, encouraging participation and a love for learning.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students, ensuring continuity in their educational journey.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to daily routines.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience working effectively within secondary school environments.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom settings.
• Command strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Hold a genuine passion for fostering student growth and academic achievement.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff alike.
