Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted behaviour support strategies for pupils within the specialist provision.
* Guide pupils in developing effective emotional regulation techniques.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of secondary pupils into classroom learning.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement individualised support plans.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback on their development.
* Create a nurturing and understanding environment that promotes pupil wellbeing.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
