Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
* Assist with personal care routines, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance pupil engagement.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes under the guidance of specialists.
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to support pupil progress.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with PMLD in a primary or SEN setting.
* A compassionate and patient approach is central to your practice.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic educational environment.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team is essential.
