About the Role
An innovative school in Barking and Dagenham is immediately seeking a passionate SEN Supply Teacher to join their dedicated team. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide vital day-to-day and short-term cover across various specialist primary SEN provisions in East London. You will support a diverse range of primary-aged pupils with varying special educational needs, ensuring continuity of learning and a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and highly differentiated lessons tailored to primary SEN pupils.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) effectively to support pupil progress and development.
* Manage classroom dynamics positively, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil care.
* Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to inform future educational strategies.
* Maintain rigorous safeguarding standards and adhere strictly to all school policies and procedures.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant UK teaching experience at primary level.
* Possess a proven track record of teaching primary-aged pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various SEN conditions and effective pedagogical strategies.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience when working in different school settings and with new teams.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be available for immediate daily and short-term assignments, embracing flexible working patterns.
