About the Role
A thriving school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to enrich the learning experience of its primary pupils. This vital role involves supporting classroom activities, fostering a positive educational environment, and working closely with teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere where young learners can flourish academically and personally. Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils across various primary year groups with their learning and development.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising classroom resources and displays.
• Facilitate small group interventions and provide targeted 1:1 support when required.
• Promote positive behaviour management strategies and contribute to a safe learning environment.
• Observe and report on pupil progress, ensuring clear communication with teaching staff.
• Contribute to the safeguarding and welfare of all children within the school.

About You
• Possess relevant experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting classroom needs.
• Hold appropriate qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
