About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a innovative school in the vibrant West Midlands region as a dedicated Nursery Assistant. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, supporting their early development and fostering a love for learning. We are offering various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate, offering a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging educational activities for young children.
* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment is consistently maintained.
* Help children with daily routines, including meal times and personal care.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress and achievements.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of childcare.

About You
* You possess previous experience working within an early years setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the development of young children.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* You are a reliable and adaptable individual, ready to embrace new challenges.
* You exhibit a patient, warm, and nurturing approach to childcare.
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years would be highly advantageous.
