About the Role
Step into a dynamic educational environment within a supportive school in Wolverhampton, where you will serve as a crucial Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
* Confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across diverse subject areas, ensuring continuity of curriculum progression.
* Proactively manage classroom dynamics, fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Skillfully adapt teaching strategies to meet the immediate needs of various pupil groups and classroom contexts.
* Uphold robust safeguarding practices, prioritising the safety and welfare of every young person.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff, integrating seamlessly into established routines and expectations.
* Inspire pupils to maintain high standards of effort and engagement throughout their learning day.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as a highly effective Cover Supervisor in secondary settings.
* Exhibit exceptional behaviour management skills, capable of fostering positive learning environments even in unfamiliar classrooms.
* Demonstrate outstanding adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school cultures and subject demands.
