About the Role
A thriving school in the South East is seeking an exceptional Reception Class Teacher to inspire and guide our youngest learners. This challenging yet incredibly rewarding opportunity involves shaping foundational learning experiences within a dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage environment. We are open to discussions regarding contract length, with options for long-term supply, short-term assignments, or a permanent role for the right candidate, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an innovative and engaging EYFS curriculum that ignites curiosity and fosters early development.
* Create a vibrant, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels secure to explore and learn.
* Accurately assess children's progress, identifying areas for growth and celebrating individual achievements.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support holistic child development.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring the well-being of all pupils.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community, embracing its values and ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess demonstrable experience within an EYFS Reception class setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for early years education and an unwavering commitment to child-centred learning.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of building strong rapport with children, parents, and staff.
* Possess a creative and adaptable approach to teaching, thriving on the unique challenges of the Early Years.
* Show resilience and a proactive attitude, eager to contribute positively to a collaborative team.
* Be dedicated to continuous professional development, always seeking to refine your pedagogical practice.
