Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated, specialist support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum.
* Implement and maintain structured routines to promote a predictable learning environment.
* Utilise and adapt sensory strategies to meet individual pupil needs effectively.
* Facilitate and enhance communication development for pupils through various methods.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists within the specialist ASD provision.
* Assist with general classroom activities and pupil well-being throughout the school day.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of primary-aged pupils.

* Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to connect with pupils and staff.
