About the Role
This forward-thinking school is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join its thriving primary team, supporting pupils across various year groups. You will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds and fostering an an inclusive educational environment where every child can flourish. We are looking for individuals keen to make a tangible difference in children’s learning journeys, offering support for general classroom activities and tailored assistance for pupils with special educational needs. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a dynamic school community with immediate starts available for flexible contract options.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their understanding.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating learning environment and engaging resources.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Contribute proactively to managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum and pupil progress.
* Observe and report on pupil development, sharing insights to inform future learning plans.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* You demonstrate prior experience supporting children within a school or similar educational setting.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in a busy classroom environment and responding positively to challenges.
* You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
