About the Role
An innovative school in Northamptonshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join its thriving Science department on a permanent, long-term contract starting in September 2026. This is a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of scientists within a supportive and forward-thinking secondary environment, contributing significantly to students' academic success and personal development across the Science curriculum with a specialism in Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that captivate and challenge secondary students.
* Assess student progress diligently, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of a dynamic and inspiring Science curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, supporting whole-school goals.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare at all times.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or be working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* Possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Science and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Be a collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Possess the drive to make a tangible difference in students' educational journeys.
