About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a innovative school, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for their specialist primary setting. You will play a crucial role in empowering primary pupils with diverse and complex learning needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This rewarding position involves providing tailored support to children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and EHCPs for individual children.
* Support pupils in developing their communication, social, and academic skills.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to create an integrated support system.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team.

About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with complex learning needs, such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and making a real difference to young lives.
* You are patient, empathetic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are adaptable and proactive, capable of responding effectively to varying pupil needs.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting special educational needs.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a team.
