Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum for pupils with diverse SEN.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual learning styles and needs of each child.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and growth.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, employing strategies appropriate for pupils with SEN.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress, communicating effectively with school staff.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive and consistent pupil support.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working in primary SEN settings.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school environments and pupil needs.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
* Be available for immediate starts and flexible for both daily and short-term supply assignments.
* Applications welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
