This pivotal role involves providing essential cover across various primary settings, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive educational experience for all pupils. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, supporting diverse classrooms on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with competitive rates from £145 to £160 per day. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum to diverse age groups.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment in line with school policies.
* Adapt quickly to new school settings, schemes of work, and varying pupil needs.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress and behaviour to relevant staff.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent support.
* Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote pupil well-being at all times.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the Primary phase.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in diverse educational settings.
* You have proven experience in effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
* You are passionate about fostering a love for learning in young pupils.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly.
